Originally established in 2010 as an alternative energy company, VIP Solutions met with Rehab Systems and worked with them for almost 5 years in producing and marketing their aquatic access equipment. Rehab Systems had been producing the AquaTrek brand for nearly 18 years with great success.
Rehab Systems retired and closed as of June 1st 2015 and VIP Solutions purchased the inventory and leased the same building but the Rehab Systems name was not for sale.
On June 1st 2015, VIP Solutions retained the shop foreman, Randy Omdalen for 15 years and the sales director, Douglas Hancock for 5 years to continue the Aquatrek brand as an employee owned company; ensuring continued customer service and product quality for our clients.

Douglas Hancock — Managing Director
Employee since June 2015. Doug was a Network Engineer with 35 years in the computer science industry and enjoyed it very much. He started VIP Solutions in 2010 as an alternative energy company providing solar and wind options to homes, RV's and camp sites. He partnered with Randy Omdalen in May of 2015 to continue the product as the AquaTrek2 aquatic access system. After 5 years of being the Sales Director for Rehab Systems, the previous manufacturer, I am honored to be a part of the team that continues this great product line under VIP Solutions,LLC.
On my days off I enjoy a good game of Disc Golf, finding a great camp site at the State Parks for Mountain biking and I like to ski in the winters.
Randy Omdalen —Shop Director
Employee since June 2015. Randy was an employee of Rehab Systems the previous manufacturer since March 2000. With an expertise in providing custom work, Randy's background is the construction field. The scope of his work ranges from the fine, detailed nature of working with stained glass to the massive planning and coordination in doing brick work. Randy partenered with VIP Solutions in May 2015 to continue the quality product that are customers and dealers are accustomed to.
He enjoys carpentry projects, snowmobiling, paintball and golf. Randy has also developed a love of Caribbean cruises.

Employee since June 2015. Josh has brought a quality expertise that we look for in a fabricator. He has experience in many areas of construction with a preference to framing. He enjoys working on his custom 4x4 monster truck and mudding when he can.

Gerri has been assisting with sales and logo changes on all documents from the previous manufacturer. This has been a lot of work. She also designed the new logo at the top of each. Gerri has been a great consultant during the transition of VIP Solutions in obtaining and continuiing the AquaTrek brand as AquaTrek2.
